All around us, every day, people are filling their lives with activities that will slowly but surely build into a chaotic mess (if it isn’t in a chaotic mess already). As a result of the pressures put on them by work, family, friends, and community, people seek out ways to cope with the stress or avoid it altogether. In Matthew 11:28–30 Jesus said “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
